While we understand that people want an enjoyable, less monotonous workout and stretching experience that provides them with instant feedback, how can we actually provide this?

We wanted our prototype to include:

1. Instantaneous feedback regarding their posture and position
2. A way to be informed of what exercise comes next in their routine
3. Information regarding their progress while exercising
4. A coach that they can follow along while exercising
5. Their choice of media
